DOMESTIC SHIPPING

LACE THEORIES offers a flat rate shipping across Malaysia (https://www.pgeon.delivery/).
 
West Malaysia – RM6
East Malaysia – RM12
 

DELIVERY TIMELINE
 
The Tracking Number will be provided within 36 hours after payment  (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays); you may contact our customer service during working hours (Daily 10:00am-6:30pm) if you would like to check your order status.
 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
 
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include applicable tracking or postal delivery confirmation information. You can also locate your order status through “My Account” and “Order History”.
 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
All orders have to be processed/packed for shipment arrangement and the delivery timeline might be subjected to custom clearance and logistic handling/processes. 
We offer international shipping via Msia Int’l that takes 15 – 30 business days depending on the destination country. 
All international price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges.

International shipping fees starting from 29.90 (Details will shown before check out).

CUSTOM FEES (IF APPLICABLE)

Orders shipped outside the Malaysia may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. LACE THEORIES is unable to predict or control customs charges as the destination country levies them.
