Refund policy

We have a strict no exchange or refund policy due to hygienic reasons.

A refund will only be allowed/processed if your item is out of stock.

Should a refund be given due to our inability to fulfill an order, the refund amount will be credited back in to the credit card or bank account used to make the original purchase, or via store credit. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statements

If the item you purchased is out of stock, you may choose for a refund or wait for the next available shipment.

In any disputes, Lace Theories Management Team will have the right to make the final decision on a case by case basis, with no exceptions.
